5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the specified turnover is completed. The wagering requirement is stated in each bonus description. For the welcome bonus, it is 10x.

5.3 VIP Program

heh55's VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a VIP tier depends on gaming activity. heh55 reserves the right to change or cancel the VIP program terms.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on heh55 are operated by accredited game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely impartial.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in a game, heh55 reserves the right to void that game and return the bet. Winnings obtained due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. heh55's decision will be considered final and binding.

6.4 Game Restrictions

heh55 reserves the right to withdraw any game, market, or event at any time. In such cases, any active bets will be cancelled and returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heh55:

• Operating games through fraudulent or dishonest methods
• Abuse of the bonus system or "bonus hunting"
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Betting in the name of a third party or using their funds
• Operating games through automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other players
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach security

heh55 is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by loss of internet connection
• Delays or failures related to third-party services (banks, mobile banking)
• Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, government orders)
• Loss caused by the player's own error or negligence
• Financial loss resulting from betting decisions

heh55's maximum liability under any circumstances will be limited to the funds deposited in your account.
